Another Great Shoot w/ Ashley
Finally found the time to start going through some of the images from Monday’s shoot with the absolutely gorgeous Ashley! I love shooting with her because of her fantastic fashion sense and the strength she portrays in her images. I decided to post this image first because she’s ALWAYS getting on me about not having any photos of her in her heels. That being said, this post is for you!

Hard Work: The Recovery
This shoot was an embodiment of some things I love…
Not only working hard at recovering, but working hard period.
This was a challenging shoot for me. Emotionally and technically.
HARD WORK: The Recovery

It’s about challenging yourself to push the boundaries of what you know is possible.

It’s about doing the right thing when nobody is watching.

It’s about getting better when everybody else is getting by.

It’s about recognizing where you are and accepting what you need to do to get where you’re going.

It’s not about anybody. It’s about everybody.

And it’s about saying fuck you to everybody that doesn’t understand…
You’re welcome.
Mia is cooler than you.
Everybody loves Mia. Why? Because she’s 138% cooler than you. And you. And you. And you, too.

I’ve known Mia since well before I ever picked up a camera so getting a shoot in with one of my biggest supporters was definitely on the bucket list. A goofy character and a great friend, Mia really let her personality shine through in this crazy fun photo shoot. Now I’m just looking forward for the day she finally gets her first camera and I can be on the other side of the lens trying to be as awesome as her!

Welcome Back to iNFINiD!
What a tumultuous two weeks it’s been! It’s funny how we always see these bad things happen to other people and think that it can’t happen to us…
Having my website hacked and destroyed was a pretty humbling experience but I’m a little glad it happened. Even though rebuilding this from the ground up has been exhausting, I’ve enjoyed the growth process. You can’t build a better house using the same bricks that failed you in the first place so I busted my tail and made some better bricks with which to build this time around.
Needless to say, I’m glad to be back!
